We’re so glad you’ve chosen to partner with The Slotted Spoon Fundraising Program. By organizing this fundraiser, you’re helping your group reach important goals while also putting tasty, high-quality meals and cookie dough into the hands of families who will love them.
 

At Slotted Spoon, we know that fundraising can sometimes feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why we designed our programs to be simple, straightforward, and rewarding. With just a little organization, your group will be able to raise meaningful funds while offering products that people are genuinely excited to buy.

Whether you’re brand-new to running a fundraiser or a seasoned pro, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Decide on your start and end dates, and let your sellers and supporters know. Most groups run fundraisers for 2–3 weeks. NOTE: Please make sure your dates are available BEFORE you start selling.  We offer a limited number of fundraising spots per month. 

We’ll provide you with digital flyers, order forms, and sample messages to make promotion easy. The more your team shares, the more you raise! Share this link with your team for access to helpful materials: www.theslottedspoon.net/fundraisertips

You’ll gather orders and payments, then submit one total order to The Slotted Spoon by your deadline. Our team will turn around your order within a week.  

NOTE: If you have more than 150 items total for your group, the turn around time might take longer - we will communicate that with you upon recieving your order. 

Your organization will be scheduled to pick up all items at a certain date and time determined by our team.  You are responsible for pick up and distribution - meals should be delivered as soon as possible.  Items are frozen upon pickup. 

Enjoy your meals and give us a call when you're ready to stock the freezer again!

Tips for Success

  • Set a clear goal for your group (ex: “We want to sell 200 tubs to raise $1,000!”).

  • Encourage sellers to share with family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

  • Use social media posts, emails, and texts—we’ll provide ready-to-use content.

  • Remind your group frequently throughout the fundraiser.
